In-School: mainly sleeping in class, goofing off, or generally not paying attention. Would do well if he tried even remotely, but doesn't care enough. 
After School: wandering around, looking for trouble or just someone to talk to. possibly part of a gang. might sell tests to other kids, but no one could ever prove it.  

Appearance (HS): orange curly hair, freckled face, can get tan but never seems to be,  5' even, alternates between really nice clothes that he doesn't bother actually taking care of or baggy hoodies and shorts, scrawny, Irish accent
Strengths/Weaknesses: Lucky as hell, strangely good at math, wicked aim and good at juggling // not very strong, impulsive, has a sarcastic streak that can screw him over, thinks he can outsmart anyone (he can't), will do anything for money or food
